Developing a Digital and Traditional Political Participation (DTPP) Scale for Youth: A Validity and Reliability Study

The purpose of this study is to develop and validate a political participation scale for youth, considering both traditional digital (DTPP). research was conducted using 458 participants from Turkey, Italy, Romania, aged between 15 29 years. Explanatory Factor Analysis (EFA) Confirmatory (CFA) were performed test the structural validity scale. EFA results illustrated that consisted three factors total variance 61.23%. These labeled as “digital support”, “traditional support” following”. During confirmatory factor analysis, three-factor structure tested, resulting model produced an acceptable goodness fit consists 39 items reliability coefficients each subscale vary .92 .95. show valid reliable measure young people.
